At first, I followed general training plans and neglected my diet. Results? Briefly visible then gone. I was frustrated, tired, and didn't know how I could truly transform my body.

So I started building my own knowledge: training, nutrition, strength training – everything that really works. That's when I realized: Individual plans + nutrition = real, sustainable results.

Today I help others achieve their goals faster, more efficiently and in the long term: honestly, professionally and with real support.

No, you do not!

With the right nutrition you can cover all your micronutrient needs!

No, that’s a myth!


Too little fat is unhealthy. Your body needs fats for hormones, vitamins, recovery, and many other vital functions.

BREAKFAST, CARBS & TIMING

Timing doesn’t matter!

 

It’s only about the quantity, not when you eat. Your body does not automatically store carbs eaten in the evening as fat.

HEAVY TRAINING WON’T MAKE WOMEN BULKY

Absolutely not!


Muscle growth is primarily driven by testosterone – women have very little.
Normal strength training does not lead to massive muscles.

Do I Need To Take Supplements?

Only in special cases:
    •    You are new to training
    •    You’re returning after a long break
    •    You are using performance-enhancing substances

For everyone else: focus on muscle building or fat loss, one at a time.
