About me
I WAS ALSO STUCK AND FRUSTRATED WITH MY RESULTS
I studied engineering and was used to work a 8-10h/day computer job for almost 10 years.

I was also smoking 20 cigarettes/day, drinking daily, constantly dieting and food restricting (also with a history of eating disorders).
My relationship with myself, my image, my body and my life was horrible and sad.

And somehow I kept going like this for years, stuck in a circle TILL I REALLY DECIDED TO CHANGE EVERYTHING.
As I first started lifting weights I followed a generic training plan and paid no attention to my nutrition.
My main goal was building muscle. I did see results in the beginning but after a short period they stopped.

I wanted so desperately to change my body but I didn’t know how. Most of the advice I got from others or read online was bringing me little to no progress.
After a while I got very frustrated and tired.
(I was still smoking and drinking heavily at that time).

That’s when I decided to dedicate all my free time researching, reading and learning all I could about fitness, weight training and nutrition.
At that point I WAS SEARCHING FOR A REAL CHANGE, A DIFFERENT LIFE.
I then realized that training and nutrition are closely linked and neither should be ignored in order to really reach your fitness goal. Also, the training and nutrition plan you follow should be designed JUST FOR YOU!
I stopped smoking and drinking and starting seeing food as a good thing– somehow it all came naturally.

I did my Fitness Degrees and discovered the happiness helping others with these struggles can bring. So I decided to take a change, quit my job and open my business, dedicating all my time to my passion.

Being on the right track as soon as possible will save you so much time, money and frustration.
Because you see – it`s not just about how YOU LOOK it’s also about HOW YOU FEEL and THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE.
Many people try to take advantage and make money off you by selling generalized programs and by telling you exactly what you want to hear and possibly ruining your health (physical and mental) through the process.
I will never lie to you! The truth might be harsh but I would rather be honest and truly help you reach your goal.
FAQ
There is so much information out there about nutrition and heath and most of it is just selling you unrealistic expectations.
It is hard to tell what is real and what is not...
So many fitness plans and diets are promising you the results not possible to achieve. Not to mention they are extremely unhealthy!
You just end up feeling bad about yourself for not being able to go through what they are telling you, implying that there would be something wrong with you.
LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING-NOBODY WOULD BE ABLE TO FOLLOW MOST OF THOSE TRAINING PROGRAMS OR DIETS!
At least not long term in a healthy, sustainable way!
DO I NEED SUPPLEMENTS TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL?
NO you do not NEED them! They might give you a very small help when it comes to your fitness progress but if you have the right nutrition they are not needed.
IS CARDIO REALLY THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GET IN SHAPE?
ABSOLUTELY NOT BUT IT DEFINITELY HELPS!!
Cardio is not the key but it is and should be a part of the entire process.
It doesn't have to be excessive but it should be part of your activities from a helth perspective first.
Is it necessary to lose weight? NO but it definitely helps speed things up!
Cardio is very useful as a tool in combination with weight training and proper nutrition.
CAN YOU BUILD MUSCLE AND LOSE FAT AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes but only in only 3 situations:
1. You are new to fitness (or you haven't been training right till now)
2. You are resuming weight lifting after a long break
3. You take performance enhancing drugs
Everyone else has to choose one at a time – you can not build muscle and lose weight the same time unless you fit in one of the categories mentioned above.
DOES LIFTING HEAVY MAKE WOMEN BULKY?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
The main driver of muscle growth is TESTOSTERON (this is the MALE hormone). That is why men have and build muscle much faster than women.
Women have testosterone in such small amounts it would be impossible to get them to look bulky except if they would take performance enhancing drugs.
WILL EATING FATS MAKE YOU FAT?
This is a myth that many still believe.
Actually – eating too little fats is very unhealthy. The body needs fats to transport vitamins, for hormones, to repair itself and for many other reasons!
IS BREAKFAST THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY AND IS EATING CARBS AFTER 6 P.M. OR AT NIGHT MAKE YOU GAIN FAT?
No and NO.
It´s not about when you eat it´s about HOW MUCH you eat-breakfast, lunch, dinner EVERYTHING
You body doesn´t know what time of the day it is! If you would travel tomorrow to a different time zone (let´s say 6h difference) your body wouldn´t suddenly shift and say it`s 6 PM so all the CARBS eaten from now on will be stored as fat.
NOT WHEN YOU EAT but HOW MUCH YOU EAT no matter at what hour IS WHAT COUNTS!
WILL I HAVE TO GIVE UP ALCOHOL, FAST FOOD AND EVERYTHING ELSE?
No, you do not and should not.
The key is FLEXIBILITY and BALANCE!
